Holly Sugar is a local landmark in the Imperial Valley located between Brawley and Imperial along Highway 86. This sugar plant can be seen for at least 10 miles from all directions. The plant was built in the 1940's and has been a stable force in the local economy. The plant currently employs about 160 employees.
