We plan to have a booth at this year's Spring Festival. We would like the Imperial Chamber of Commerce to process our entry form as soon as possible.

Note: Food booths are for Non-Profit Organizations Only. You must have a non-profit certification number. You must fill out an Imperial County Health Food Facility Operators Form (forms are available at the Chamber or I.C. Health Dept.). Health Permits can be obtained at I.C. Health Department 339-4203. The is no charge for voluntary help for a Non-Profit Organization.

All Booths must stay open till 4:00 p.m.

No explosive devices will be sold (i.e. poppers) or candy cigarettes. If this in not adhered to, the rental space will be vacated immediately without a booth refund.

Entrants must have their own display equipment and will be responsible for their own merchandise as the responsibility cannot be assumed by the Imperial Chamber of Commerce. Entry forms must be paid for in advance. If you need any additional information please call Pat at 760/355-1609.

Deadline for Booth Entry Fees and Forms is April 3, 2000. Submit form and forward payment to: Imperial Chamber of Commerce, 101 East 4th Street, Imperial, CA 92251.
